My order showed up after a few days and everything was packed well. The tracking was a little slow to update, but it didn’t end up being a big deal. It was one of those small reminders that as long as the package gets there safely, I don’t need to stress too much over every update

I tried dphue because I was really hoping it would make my hair color look richer and a little more refreshed, but it just didn’t turn out that way for me. The shade looked nice in the bottle, so I thought it was going to add some depth or at least make my hair look a bit more vibrant, but once it was actually on my hair, it looked kind of flat and dull. Not terrible in a dramatic way, just not at all what I was expecting.

What made it more disappointing was how quickly it faded. After only a couple of washes, I could already tell most of the color had washed out, which made the whole thing feel like it wasn’t really worth the effort. Maybe it works better depending on your hair type or starting color, but for me, it didn’t give me the vibrancy I wanted, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I don’t know what this stuff is trying to be. The scent is way too strong and kind of weird, and it left my hair feeling greasy and sticky instead of clean or soft. Disappointing little product

I got frustrated with how long customer service took to get back to me. I was waiting around thinking it’d be a quick answer, and then, anyway, it just dragged on way longer than it should have. Not really happy with the experience.

I really wanted to like this, but using it was such a hassle. The bottle got slippery fast, the product went on uneven, and I kept having to go back and fix spots. It felt way messier than it should’ve been. it kind of made me wonder if they focused more on selling it than actually making it easy to use.

I don’t know what people are expecting, but for me this did make my hair feel noticeably softer. Was it super glossy and shiny? Not really, the shine was just okay. But softer hair is still a win in my book...

I’ve been using this to cover my grays between coloring, and it does an okay job. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t feel messy, which I like. But I was a little disappointed that it doesn’t blend as well around my temples. It’s good enough in a pinch, just not quite as seamless as I hoped.
